Ways to relieve emotional stress?
I need a way to relieve emotional stress, because everything I do is mourn try to forget that happened I am very stressed because most of it is out of emotion and things from my past as 1.Not knowing my biological father 2. barley starting to have a relationship with my real mom 3.being seprate and left out of my 4 brothers and sisters 4.having cerebral palsy, but I was lucky and I could be like a normal person 5.recently Mom got married, so I had a stepfather who was a child molester and molested me and my sister used to constantly 6.had 7 brothers and sisters new step dad 7.step 8.found divorced mom and depression anything outside the family and how my mother was raped from 9 to 16 by my grandfather, my step brother was raped and step 9.was sexualally sister raped by some creep in 10.mom school in a car accident .. was lost and was pregnant at the time of the accident 11.baby brother in the accident paralyzed with cerebral palsy and can not speak
Well, I'm sorry you had to go through all that crap. That is the way more than anyone should having to deal with. You are a strong person. You should try talking to a therapist to talk through some traumatic events – help you reach an agreement with them. I'm not sure what else to tell you. Maybe try doing things you enjoy free the mind from all this, at least for small bits of time. Try to focus on current, and not the past.
