I have 13 years and makes a Youtube account. My father used too. To apply Youtube Partnership, "I can use your birth date or will know I have 13 due to activation of the account? You can change the date of the application on the association, which means that maybe you can have an account with the age of under 18, but you can apply for partnership if an information to parents? My dad says he can use his information to society if allowed to do that. Does anyone know?
